Comfort Inn & Suites Mt Laurel-Philadelphia - Mount Laurel

The hotel had a few redeeming qualities, like a reasonably clean king room and helpful front desk staff. Issues like a slippery tub and the lack of cleanliness in the restroom created a less-than-ideal experience. A bit more attention to detail could go a long way.

Tasty and peaceful place!

Very good breakfast with a great selection of options, wonderful and fairly clean place. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted us with free parking. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location to Laurel Acres Park. Outstanding and fantastic food, excellent service.

The facilities were great. I loved the gym equipment and availability of luggage storage. Such a comfy stay as well!

Very nice room, great set up for 3 adults, large bathroom, very comfortable beds, clean. I recommend if you need to go in the area. Nice patio and very good breakfast. Nice little lobby.

A bit of noise from other guests disrupted my relaxation, but overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and cute. I'd recommend it for its convenience and comfort.

The room was nice and comfortable but could have been cleaner. (some areas of the furniture were very dusty). We had 2 adults and 2 toddlers during our stay...4 people total. There were only 3 towels and 2 washcloths so I called for another towel and 2 more washcloths for the following day and they said they would send someone right up. They never showed up. I had to call back the next day when we needed them.

The room had a comfortable bed and decent linens. The outdated heating system and poor water pressure in the shower detracted from the experience. While I appreciated the clean towels and bathroom, the pillows were subpar, with some having stains. It's a place for an overnight stay, but improvements are needed in comfort and modernization.

The overall facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained!!! The shower in the accessible room was a mess and would be challenging for anyone to use comfortably!!!

We loved the nearby attractions, especially the fun sports court and the convenience of Walmart close by. The location made it easy for us to explore! Just a heads up, noise from other rooms can be a little disruptive.

great location but cleanliness needs attention

The location was ideal, with easy access off the highway. I appreciated the comfortable bed in my King Suite with a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly. Plus, I found a great local restaurant nearby that enhanced my stay.

I did notice that the room could have used a more thorough cleaning.

This place is perfect for me, offering free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. Luggage storage. I still remember how the staff helped me recover my forgotten earpods on my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back soon!
